Is IslandBeats free to use?

No — IslandBeats is a paid subscription per room. Once subscribed, you get a dedicated radio URL, a bot invite and full access to playlists and commands for that room.

Can I switch playlists whenever I want?

Yes, on Pro and VIP plans you can switch between curated and custom playlists as often as you like using !playlist <name>. Starter includes access to our curated playlist library.

Does every room get its own URL?

Yes. Each subscribed room gets its own unique stream URL and bot instance, so playlists and requests never cross between rooms.

Who can use the !play command?

By default, anyone in the room can request songs. Room owners can restrict this to hosts and co-hosts only from the bot settings.

What's the difference between the free stream and a subscription?

The free public radio URL is one shared stream used by many rooms and listeners at once — instead of a host, the queue is decided by collective vote via !vote play and !vote skip. A subscription gives your room its own dedicated URL with full host control and no voting.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, subscriptions are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from your account at any time and access continues until the end of the billing period.
